Returns
All sales are final including special orders & custom printed ribbon. Returns will not be accepted unless there was an error in packaging (i.e. the wrong items were shipped). Please contact us for any inquires regarding our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
If it is agreed upon that a return is in order, then all products must be shipped back to us unused and in the original packaging. Orders must be returned within 14 business days after you receive your items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Personalize It 4 Me will not reimburse shipping costs.
Refunds
Once returned items are received, and it is determined that they are in new, unused condition; a refund via Pay Pal will be issued within 2 business days.
