- We ship via FedEx Monday through Friday. The shipping rate is calculated by Product Weight and the Shipping Address.
- All Orders take Approx. 1-2 business days to ship if items are currently in stock. If any items in your order are not in stock, your order will be held for shipment until the items are stocked and ready to be shipped. This may take 1-2 weeks,
- All Wholesale Ribbon orders are shipped directly from the factory located in Pennsylvania via FedEx.
~Custom Printed Ribbon Orders – Shipping within the US~
- We ship via USPS Monday through Saturday. Custom ribbon orders ship via 1st Class Mail. International Orders ship via Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope. Flat Rate Envelopes can hold up to 85 yards of ribbon.
- All Custom Printed Ribbon Orders take Approx. 5 business days to be printed & shipped.
- All Custom Printed Ribbon orders are shipped directly from Personalize It 4 Me & Olie’s Closet from it’s location in SW Florida.
~Orders Containing both Wholesale & Custom Printed Ribbon~
- Wholesale & Custom Ribbon orders ship from facilities in separate locations in the United States. Thus it is impossible to ship these items in one (1) shipment
- If your cart contains items from both Wholesale & Custom Ribbon, your shipping total is a combination of the total costs to ship both types of products.
- All Custom Printed Ribbon orders are shipped directly from Personalize It 4 Me & Olie’s Closet from it’s location in SW Florida.
